India, Feb. 11 -- Subhadra Yojana, the flagship women's welfare scheme of the current Odisha BJP government, has already reached 98 lakh women beneficiaries, stated Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Tuesday.
She further said that an additional 2 lakh women are set to become beneficiaries soon ahead of the next instalment, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 1 crore.
The Deputy CM also appealed to women who have not enabled Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to visit their banks and complete the process immediately. Additionally, she also guided women who believe they are eligible but have been rejected to meet a Subhadra Committee member for clarification at the earliest.
