Bhubaneswar, Jan. 3 -- The Odisha CID-Crime Branch has decided to proceed with an inquiry into allegations levelled against former 5T Chairman VK Pandian, seeking documentary and electronic evidence from the complainant to formally advance the probe.

According to an official communication obtained by OTV, the Crime Branch has written to Surendra Panigrahi, president of the Bharatiya Bikash Parishad in Berhampur, asking him to submit all relevant documents and electronic records related to the allegations made against Pandian.

The agency has made it clear that the investigation will move forward only after the submission and examination of these materials.
