'Lapses in PMAY': BJP's protests spread across Odisha, BJD hits back
Bhubaneswar, Jan. 25 -- There seems to be no end to the political mudslinging between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in Odisha over alleged irregularities in the allotment of houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
Accusing the state government of depriving eligible people of getting houses under PMAY scheme, BJP activists launched protests in every block across the State on Wednesday. BJP members submitted memorandums to Block Development Officers (BDO) addressing Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
