INDIA, Dec. 3 -- National People's Party (NPP) chief Conrad K Sangma announced a major organisational revamp for the party's Manipur unit as he formally welcomed newly appointed state president Lorho S Pfoze at a programme in Shillong on December 2.

Sangma, who also leads the Meghalaya government, used the occasion to outline the party's renewed political strategy for Manipur. He said the revamped leadership structure would play a crucial role in strengthening the NPP's presence across the state and enhancing coordination ahead of upcoming political challenges.
