Guwahati, Nov. 18 -- TheTechnology Innovation Hub (TIH) of IIT Guwahatihas successfully conducted India's first training and certification programme in underwater welding and deep diving.

The programme was conducted in collaboration with the Indian Register of Shipping (IRS).
