Agartala, April 18 -- Tripura BJP state President and Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee on Friday claimed that the Enforcement Directorate's charge sheet against Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi exposed the "moral turpitude" in the Congress Party.
