New Delhi, Feb. 13 -- Muthoot Finance share price slumped 10% on Friday, February 13 session after Q3 results. The gold loan non-banking financial company (NBFC), announced on Thursday (February 12) a staggering 94.9% rise in its net profit for the third quarter compared to the previous year.

The firm recorded a net profit of Rs.2,656 crore in Q3, up from Rs.1,363 crore in the same quarter last year. The net interest income (NII) surged by 64% year-on-year, reaching Rs.4,467 crore, compared to Rs.2,721 crore from the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal year.
