Meghalaya witnesses mild impact of Amphan cyclone
Shillong, May 21 -- Flooded roads, water inside houses, overflowing streams and rivers was the scene of certain parts of the State on Thursday as it felt the slight impact of super Cyclone Amphan.Twenty four hours and counting, mild to heavy showers of rain continues to lash the State with no lift ups.

Low land areas of the State capital, Shillong like Polo, Pynthormukhrah witnessed a lot of flooding as water from nearby streams and clogged drains entered the residents and submerged roads and cultivation fields.
