India, Aug. 21 -- Is violence, grit and testosterone Indian cinema's latest obsession? Hyper-heroic action dramas have been a staple in the Indian film industry for the past several decades. The angry young man persona, bloody revenge, broken bones, brute strength and copious amount of blood isn't something the censor board is much bothered with nowadays.
