Bandipora, July 29 -- The main market of Bandipora district has become a glaring example of administrative negligence, where a faulty drainage system and a severe lack of public washroom facilities have made life difficult for both shopkeepers and residents.
Local shopkeeper Shamshad Bhat, while speaking to the media, said that the drainage system in the market has completely failed, resulting in streets and alleys getting flooded even after light rainfall.
