Leh, July 3 -- Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Dr. Pawan Kotwal, chaired a crucial preparatory meeting at the Conference Hall of the UT Secretariat in Leh to review arrangements for the upcoming visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Ladakh.
