REASI, Jan. 31 -- Secretary, Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj, Mohammad Aijaz Asad, today conducted an on-site inspection of ongoing and proposed works being executed by the Rural Development Department (RDD) for strengthening infrastructure at the historic Kalidhar Mandir, Reasi.

During the visit, the Secretary reviewed existing facilities and assessed the requirements to improve amenities for pilgrims and local residents.

In view of the growing influx of devotees and long-standing infrastructural gaps, Aijaz Asad accorded sanction for the construction of one Yatri Shed and three Community Sanitary Complexes (CSCs) at the shrine.
