Srinagar, Dec. 5 -- Police in Sopore have arrested seven persons for their alleged involvement in a case of theft and recovered stolen property from their possession.

A police spokesperson informed that Police Station Panzalla received a complaint from Suheel Shafi Mir, Assistant Executive Engineer, Mechanical New Lift Sub-Division (MICD) Srinagar, regarding theft at Lift Irrigation Scheme, Check-Gujri Station (Stage 2nd).

A case was registered and during investigation, multiple suspects were questioned.
