NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
It is informed that Mr. Nasir Husain, Learned Counsel for Petitioner is busy before Hon'nble Tribunal.
Mr. Abhay Dev Sharma, Advocate appears for Respondent and states that Evidence affidavit has not yet been filed by Petitioner despite imposition of cost. Mr. Abhay Dev Sharma, prays for closing right of the Petitioner to lead Evidence in this matter. In the interest of justice, one week time is given to Petitioner to file Evidence Affidavit, if any, along with cost as imposed earlier failing which its right to lead Evidence in this matter shall be closed.
