PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants Shri Rahul Kumar from the office of Mr.
Ravi Shanker Dwiwedi that the client has taken away the file and therefore they are in difficulty.
In view of the above, the Office is directed to issue notice to the appellant/s. Learned counsel appearing for the FCI has appeared and he prays for some time to go through the records of the case.
In these circumstances, list this case after eight weeks.
