Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned senior counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.10.2017 passed in Eviction Suit No. 03 of 2012 by the learned Sub Judge-VIII, Darbhanga whereby and whereunder the amendment application filed by the present petitioner for converting his eviction suit into title suit has been rejected.
