The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), is organising a six-day Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Executive Capacity Building Programme on human rights for senior-level functionaries of the National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) of the Global South in New Delhi from 22nd to 27th September, 2025. The programme aims to strengthen the capacities of National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) from the Global South. This reflects NHRC India's ongoing commitment to global human rights dialogue, South-South cooperation and the collective advancement of rights-based governance.
