Dr Abhijat Chandrakant Sheth, Chairman of National Medical Commission presided over the 11th Convocation Ceremony of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences (ABVIMS) and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, here today.
