JABALPUR, India, Jan. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 18:
Learned counsel for the parties informed that the subject tender was for a period of one year, which expired in the month of November, 2025 and petitioner has continued to provide services in view of the interim order dated 28.02.2025 directing that the tender, which is subject matter of the present petition, shall not be awarded till further orders.
Since the original period of tender is over and petitioner has also participated in the fresh tender, this petition is disposed of directing the tender inviting authority to proceed further with the fresh tender in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of.
