Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present writ petitions are not maintainable as an efficacious remedy is available under Section 59(2) of the M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to approach the competent authority/Commissioner-cum-Managing Director.
