MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON AIRFORCE MARKETING A PARTNERSHIP FIRM 3 AND OTHERS V/S PIRAMAL CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE ERSTWHILE DEEWAN HOUSING FINANCE AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Nov. 24 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 28:

The petitioner is raising grievance with regard to the functioning of Juvenile Justice Board in the Court premises of District Gwalior. The contention of the petitioner is that the atmosphere there is not conclusive for child friendly.

We are of the view that it would be appropriate that the said issue is examined by the Division Bench at Gwalior.

Accordingly, we direct that this petition be transferred on the records of Gwalior Bench and be listed before the Division Bench thereon 24.11.2025.
