RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No.21 of 2020, G.R. No.560 of 2020, for the offence registered under sections 413, 414, 34 IPC and section 30(ii) of Coal Mines Act and section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh.
