MUMBAI, India, March 15 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517014724 A) filed by Toray Industries, Inc., Tokyo, on Feb. 20, for 'medicament for treatment and/or prevention of cancer.'
Inventor(s) include Wasai Ukei; Okano Fumiyoshi; and Saito Takanori.
The application for the patent was published on March 14, under issue no. 11/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This medicament, which contains, together or separately in combination with a CDK inhibitor, an antibody or a fragment thereof having an immunological reactivity with a CAPRIN-1 protein, is useful for treating and/or preventing cancer."
