MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521114752 A) filed by Symbiosis International, Pune, Maharashtra, on Nov. 20, 2025, for 'biochar-based magnetic sodium alginate composite for removal of pollutants from wastewater.'

Inventor(s) include Ms. Neenu P Raju; Dr. Pooja Singh; Dr. Manikprabhu Dhanorkar; and Ms. Meenakshi Verma.
