MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521103987 A) filed by Symbiosis International, Pune, Maharashtra, on Oct. 28, for 'a protein tyrosine phosphatase (ptp) inhibitor containing composition for promoting hair growth.'
