MUMBAI, India, Jan. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417044670 A) filed by Morimatsu (JIANGSU) Heavy Industry Co. Ltd., Jiangsu, China, on June 10, 2024, for '48 pairs of rod cvd reactor baseplate and cvd reactor.'
