The tender details are as follows: One time Lock / Pad lock seal (OTL) Specification: 1. Material of Hook-Galvanized iron (GI) 2. Wire Diameter of hook 4 to 5mm 3. Material of body (minimum) 30mm x 15mm (height) x 10mm (thickness ) as per drawing enclosed. It can be locked by pressing the metal portion towards plastic enclosure and whi ch can be opened only by breaking its plastic body and cannot be reused.
