HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA ISSUES ORDER ON PULMURGA GAWANDER V/S STATE OF GOA, THROUGH POLICE INSPECTOR, BICHOLIM POLICE STATION

GOA, India, Feb. 15 -- The High Court of Bombay at Goa issued the following order on Jan. 15:

1. Mr. Vaze appearing for the State and on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the father of the victim has already intimated about the present mater, however, he is unable to attend due to a medical emergency.

2. Mr. Vaze submits that father of the victim is already recalled, re-examined and cross-examined by the Accused on the aspect of additional document i.e. Birth Certificate.

3. The Accused /Petitioner has now prayed for examination of the Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths, Karnataka.He submits that fresh summons to the authority is issued and matter is posted on 31.01.2024.
