GOA, India, Feb. 15 -- The High Court of Bombay at Goa issued the following order on Jan. 15:

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is willing to deposit the balance amount in order to compound the offence.

2. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has no objection to compound the offence subject to the deposit of the compensation amount.

3. The parties shall file an Application for compounding by disclosing the mode of payment and the time required.

4. Stand over to 29.01.2024.
