GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE MANAGEMENT OF ASSAM CO-OPERATIVE JUTE MILLS V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 4 ORS

GUWAHATI, India, June 28 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 29:

1. Heard Mr. M. Nath, learned senior counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner Mill. Also heard by Mr. A. Chamuah, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Respondents No. 4 & 5.

2. The petitioner Mill by way of instituting the present proceeding, has challenged the validity of the award, dated 30.09.2013, passed by the learned Labour Court, Guwahati, in Reference Case No. 04/2010.
