India, June 16 -- Union Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers, Smt. Anupriya Patel, delivered the keynote address at the inaugural session of the Second Policymakers' Forum organised by Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), here today.
