ALIGARH, Nov. 12 -- The team NIRMA-AUV secured first place in the third season of the national-level competition for remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), AMUROVc 3.0, organized by the student section of the Marine Technology Society Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (MTS AUV), Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, on November 9-10, 2024, in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch, the Marine Technology Society India Section and IEEE-OES student branch.

The team Uqaab won second place, while the team DTU-AUV took third place. The winning teams were felicitated with a trophy and Rs. 25,000, Rs. 15,000, and Rs. 10,000, respectively, in cash.
