New Delhi/IBNS, July 26 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has topped the list of 'Democratic Leader Approval Ratings' with 75 percent approval, a survey by US business intelligence company Morning Consult said on Friday.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney secured the fourth position with 56 percent approval rate while Australian PM Anthony Albanese clinched the fifth position with 54 percent.

US President Donald Trump lagged behind at the eighth position with 44 percent approval rating.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is placed at 10th rank with 40 percent approval rating.
