Kolkata/IBNS, June 12 -- Arian Khan and his mother Shweta Khan, who are accused of kidnapping young women and shooting pornographic videos, were on Wednesday arrested by Howrah Police, media reports said.

While Arian, 33, was arrested from a house in Golfgreen, Shweta alias Phultusi was arrested from a hideout in Alipore on Wednesday afternoon.

Arian has been sent to nine days of police custody.

After the woman, who was assaulted by the duo, reached her home, her family members filed a complaint with the police.

As per the complaint, Arian Khan had offered the woman a job in an event management company and money.

The woman had then moved to Howrah where she was held captive. She was assaulted for refusing to shoot pornographic videos...
