Kolkata, Aug. 24 -- The Kolkata Police has filed a 658-page chargesheet in the South Calcutta Law College gangrape case, naming four arrested individuals, including suspended Trinamool Congress Chhatra Parishad (TMCP) leader and prime accused Monojit Mishra, media reports said.
The chargesheet, prepared by the Detective Department in coordination with Kasba Police Station, is based on extensive technical, scientific, and circumstantial evidence, reported India Today.
According to police sources, the chargesheet highlights three crucial pieces of forensic and digital evidence.
Police said this evidence strongly supports the survivor's complaint, which led to the FIR at Kasba Police Station.
