Kolkata/IBNS, April 22 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday appealed to the government teachers, who lost their jobs owing to corruption in the 2016 recruitment process, to resume their service without worry.

Mamata assured the teachers of no pause in monthly salaries at a time the teaching and non-teaching staff are camped outside the School Service Commission (SSC) office in Kolkata's Salt Lake area, demanding separate lists of "tainted" and "untainted" candidates from the 2016 recruitment panel.
