Manipur, April 23 -- The ECI is facing criticism for its decision to conduct repolling at only 11 out of the numerous polling stations where alleged booth capturing took place in the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections in both inner and outer Manipur.

Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC)president K Meghachandra accused the ECI of being influenced by the BJP government.

Speaking before heading to Jiribam for campaigning in the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections in Manipur, Meghachandra criticised the BJP for allegedly using muscle and money power to intimidate voters to vote for them and its alliance partner, the NPF.
