IMPHAL, May 5 -- Chairperson of Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR), Sumatibala Ningthoujam has called for the involvement of every citizen in guiding children to right paths in order to have a better future.
She stated this in her speech as chief guest of the one-day 'Awareness Programme on Child Rights on Juvenile Justice (JJ) (Care and Protection) Act, 2015, and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012' that was held today at Community Hall, Chanam Pukhri Mapal, Singjamei, Chingamakha.
