CHANDIGARH, INDIA - JUNE 6: Former BSF DIG KC Padhi accused of J&K Sex scandal case (2006) coming after he was sentenced 10 years imperilment at district courts, sector 43 on June 6, 2018 in Chandigarh, India. The scam hit headlines in 2006 after the police discovered two video CDs of the victims being sexually exploited. Mohammad Ashraf Mir (Ex-DSP, encounter specialist of J&K police), KC Padhi (Ex-DIG BSF) were held guilty by the court.
