DARBHANGA, July 17 -- A political controversy erupted over a video clip after the Congress, through its official X handle, accused the Election Commission of enabling voter list manipulation under the guise of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. The video clip surfaced on Tuesday, showing the incumbent district unit president of the BJP's women's cell sitting alongside Booth Level Officers (BLOs) during the collection of forms and documents from voters in Darbhanga. The clip gained significant traction, prompting the district administration to issue a clarification on Wednesday. The Bihar Congress posted on X: "The real game of the Election Commission has now been exposed. Under the guise of 'voter revision', blatant manipulation of the voter list is taking place under the supervision of BJP leaders.
