PATNA, Feb. 7 -- The government has decided to set up new medical colleges and hospitals in districts on a public private partnership (PPP) mode as part of a policy decision for better utilisation of resources and also extend better benefit to people at large, said deputy CM Samrat Choudhary in the state assembly on Friday. He said the government had set up medical colleges and hospitals in Bettiah and Madhepura by spending big funds but it had been noticed that doctors were reluctant to join.
