BHABUA, Aug. 26 -- Flood water entered several villages under Durgawati block of Kaimur district after Uttar Pradesh released heavy rush of water in Karmanasa river from Musakhand dam, officials said. The road communication between Bihar and UP has been cut off due to 4.5 feet water flowing on Durgawati-Kakrait Ghat road near Adarsh Gram Nuaon and standing crops in thousands of acres in the coastal areas of Karmanasa have got submerged in flood waters, officials further said. Administration had stopped the traffic and barricaded the interstate road to avoid any accident in case of some overenthusiastic people trying to cross the strong currents. Rapidly rising flood waters had entered in Khajura, Saraiyan, Dhansarai, Kanpur and Karari villages and surrounded the Dhadhar, Sakhelipur, Larma, Jamurni, Chhata, Jevari and other villages.
