RANCHI, Feb. 20 -- The Jharkhand high court on Thursday stayed all proceedings and investigations in alleged Mercedes hit and run case registered at Doranda police station involving a senior high court advocate Manoj Tondan and Hindpiri youth Mawaz Khan on Tuesday. The high court also directed the state to file an affidavit in the matter.
