Higher devolution from Centre set to push Bihar state budget
GAYA, Feb. 5 -- Bihar's state budget is set to get a push after the Union budget allocated for the state a higher devolution worth Rs.1.43-lakh crore in central taxation and boost to infrastructure projects. State finance officials said that Rs.5,000 crore have been earmarked for energy sector and Rs.10,000 crore will be spent on railways for the ongoing projects in the state....
