ARA, Jan. 24 -- With the arrest of a young man identified as Rupesh Kumar Chaubey, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) appears close to cracking the mystery surrounding the kidnapping of a teacher Kamlesh Rai, a resident of Kolharampur village in the Barhara block of Bhojpur district, who went missing on July 13, 2023.
