DARBHANGA, Feb. 12 -- Fresh details have emerged in the rape and murder of a six-year-old girl in Darbhanga district on February 8, with police registering a third FIR in connection with the crime and the subsequent violence that followed. The first FIR pertains to the rape and murder of the minor.
