BUXAR, April 11 -- Three youths were arrested on Thursday night for allegedly issuing threats to attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said. The accused are said to have sent an email to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) regarding the matter, following which the Intelligence Bureau alerted the state police, leading to their arrest.
