MUMBAI, March 28 -- Residential consumers of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL) will pay lower tariff compared to current rates, from April 1, according to a revised order passed by the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC).
