Bengaluru, Jan. 23 -- The face-off between the Karnataka governor Thaawarchand Gehlot and the state government on the address to both Houses of the legislature escalated Thursday after he read just two lines of the speech and left without waiting for the national anthem to be played even as slogans were raised against him.
