MUMBAI, Sept. 18 -- Of the 8,674 samples tested in the fifth sero survey by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), 86.64% have Covid-19 antibodies. The results for this survey were declared by the civic body on Friday. The fifth sero survey was started by the BMC on August 12 across all 24 administrative wards in the city.

Its results have indicated that 90.2% of double vaccinated or single vaccinated citizens had antibodies, and 79.8% of those who were not vaccinated had antibodies. Sero-prevalence in slums is 87%, while in non-slums it is 86%. About 65% of the sample size was fully or partially vaccinated. P4
